I already have constructed this wheel using powerful 25 mm diameter neo ring magnets and completely balanced the whole wheel afterwards. It took a very long time and though to get it just right.  A photo can be sent to those interested.
Buy it for $500. However once it leaves here with a tracking tag I won't pay for it if damaged in shipment.
