"Overall evaluation" : surprisingly low costs per ton CO2 !
#1 : when 6 lt. /100 Km and 12500 Km drive per annum release 1,8 ton CO2 and for each ton CO2 we calculate

with 2 Euros/ton certificate = 3,6 Euros for 1,8 ton CO2 dividing with 750 lt fuel (6 lt./100 Km x 12500 Km)
= less than 0,5 Eurocent/lt.

1800 Kg/12500 Km ~ 144 Gr. CO2/Km

His engine consume improvement parts alternatively. ? 450 mpg  ? 
I assume their calculation only fossil fuel part based  :

450 mpg x 0,1 (90% water/10% fuel)  x 0,225 (20% average engine efficiency /90% gun engine efficiency)

~ 10 miles per gallon
