Its a bit ridiculous the way things are setup, so... unsophisticated, unfuturistic.

And the strong will still inherit the earth, I believe primary breeding stock should be tennis players and scientists.

Lets say 500 years from now, what kind of super goverment will we have?

We gotta admit, that tennis players are frikkin amazing, this is like mandalore. From such epic men will surely be born many singers etc.. I aint forgetting about those ofc not dont start getting sad now.

Maximize the carbon potential, If every human being was a dam hard hustler like Federer, and also have perfect execution all the frikkin time like a surgeon, sure. On top of being a super good singer or scientist yeah.

I wouldn't agree the strong per se will inherit the Earth and like the dinosaurs there on borrowed time. Think of it this way, an advanced 90 lb grey being could come down from space, hover there craft over your house, walk through your walls and security as if there not even there, bitch slap you in your sleep, then leave and nobody could stop them. Not only could you do nothing but you probably wouldn't even know they were there if they didn't want you to know. It's not because there strong it's because there intelligent, more so than you or most others can even imagine.

So what is strong or strength exactly, when a $50 DIY taser can drop a 275 lb highly trained navy seal like a sack of shit from 20 feet away without even trying?. In my opinion real strength is the intelligence to change the rules in our favor despite the normal perspective of any given situation. For example you could say I have a gun to protect myself and my property thus I am strong. Then as an engineer/science guy I would say I could buy a $1000 drone and weaponize it, fly in and park in on your roof and when you walk out it would kick your ass while I'm 20 miles away having a sandwich watching netflix. You see it's just apples and oranges and most people are so far behind the curve there just not even in the game anymore.

You are correct and it would be like us getting all cranky and wanting to go mess with a batch of kittens or a herd of ducklings. An advanced race has as much interest in you and what your thinking as I have with what my new kittens were thinking when they started pooping in front of my garage. I believe that humanity has what it takes to rule the Galaxy, and beat aliens.

Technology is a poor substitute to epic gene stock.

Neither good looks, nor smarts, nor technoogy, nor wealth goes into this equation.

Its all of the above, together.

Many many humans with such characteristics.

The elite/military regulators will hand over the reigns of humanity to these super beings and for their service to humanity they will be remembered.

As for the rest, they are to be put in the specially made housing I proposed, untill they die.

Any resistance should be met with forced sterilization, and re-educated on how to not be a salty fuckin useless eaters.

We need a super system where only perfect people with no negativity breed and rule for us, as representatives of the Galaxy as we become space faring race.

Carbon neutral AAA humans everywhere.

This super race will not be composed of any particular race or nothing, it will all be adjusted and performance based on tennis ability and IQ.

Everybody will at some point be sterilized and "dioded" out in a painless way. All of this will happens from now to about 400 years from now.
