Permanent Quadrupole Motor

This is a video on YouTube of a concept design for a free energy motor.  The quadrupole magnet spins around an axel without any resistence when another magnet is rotated underneath it.  This is a permanent quadrupole ring magnet I have, which costs upwards of 10k to have custom manufactured.

I'm going to be using a low voltage motor to power one of the magnets at 0.3 volts, which will spin a wind generator hooked up to the quadrupole.  The wind generator can crank out up to 1.5 volts just from the energy of a table fan.

I will update you all with new videos as the experiment moves forward. My friend only loaned me these magnets, and I don't know if he can hook me up with anymore.  If you know how to get a hold of some like this let me know as well as everyone else.

Sorry Corey I do not get it?

I can move any magnet by moving another magnet underneath it, above it or side onto it?

Problem is getting it to move without my hand feeling the flux line I need to follow.

If the magnet in your hand can give the same effect fixed static then you are defo onto summit.

You're saying that little 1 inch or so magnet cost you $10,000 US Dollars?

It would if I bought it retail, but a friend of mine made it himself.  If you look at the photos on the other link you can see they are just tiny magnets that are put right next to each other in a circle.  Once you are about half way around the circle the poles switch.  But you have to make them just right or they don't behave as a true quadrupole.
