I been following this drama about H technology,
and it just ocuured to me.


Is it possible that Stanley Meyer made FE device,
and that he belived that he found a way for better
extraction of hydrogen?


But actually he made FE runner?
And whole time FE device is cause
for that much hydrogen production!


Or maybe he knew that he have FE device,
but wanted to make money on H tech first,
and after that on FE device alone.
Twice the money.

Kapanadze has HV and step it down for usage.
Don Smith played with HV,


HV was involved in all of this cases,
which narrows down search to cheap creation of HV.
