Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Guys, how do you tune your kacher ? With neon lamp or with scope, I'm interested in method. How do you know if kacher is tuned ?
What do you understand by tuning?
In my opinion, this thing is generally impossible to tune in principle.
Approaching  your hand to this device breaks everything dramatically.
You can see it on an oscilloscope. One can only adapt this for specific applications.

Yes, that's right. Ruslan's field test only showed 5000 watts output.
About the same that Kapanadze showed, on several types of loads, before his passing. . Pretty limited, huh...

Forest:   The Kacher circuits can be tuned, but,  it depends what you're  trying to achieve.   Simple Kacher is tuned by adding or removing secondary windings, mainly.   But the controllable Kacher circuits have frequency and duty cycle and other controls available. For increased adjustments and tuning controls. The Kacher output in voltage can be read on a scope, or seen it's affect at an output bulb, or other load. We mostly use the Kacher as an  interuptor signal, when dealing with the yoke/grenade self running type systems.   NickZ

I've made kacher based on Ruslan video with 22k pot and it seems tunable.I'll try to check it on scope in spare time. btw I used small neon bulb and adjusted pot to get maximum light on top of secondary.
