Unfortunately, that sounds like pure gibberish.
They use the term "micro-sonic", 'sonic' meaning relating to sound or sound waves.
Then they say it generates electrical power "by converting high radio frequency energy directly into electricity",
which, for one thing, has nothing to do with sound or sound waves!   

Second, what "high radio frequency energy" do they convert?  Notice they specifically say "radio frequency",
so they are not talking about gamma radiation or something like that.
Any energy you can collect from radiated radio frequency EM waves is only relatively quite small. You'd be lucky
if you can very very slowly charge up a cell phone battery from that type of EM 'smog'.

They might as well say it gathers high energy using a flux capacitor held at absolute zero and spinning counter-clockwise at warp speed.

if there is any technology  than according to  inverse square law   at spectrum of frequencies between 100kHz to infinity?
has the available joined energy that depends from distance of near by transmitters.
In far field it could be  few  W at maximum if  intercepted and rectified.

Rule of energy interception with  minimum losses:
Rule #1 -Rx- (receiver) must  have resonance circuit and impedance match at entire  spectrum..( impossible to be done)
              _{Rx- receiver antenna is more forgiving than Tx antenna in regards to impedance/resonance  mismatch}
Rule #2 -Photon is the carrier of RF energy
Rule #3 -Photon at every and  any  frequency  don't see  any other photons or any  photons at all,  and can't interact with them.
Rule #4 -Photon also can not see other  photons from the same  Tx
Rule#5 - Photon can only interact with itself.
Rule#6 - Photon interacts with mass and deposits its energy in form  of heat.
Rule#7 - Photon interacting with resonating mass deposits its energy in that mass( coil/ resonance circuit)and we prevent this energy from being  wasted  in a heat.
             we take this energy , we add energy to it and  we amplify it to the level    comfortable to us.

conclusion:
We lose energy  when we transmit it,  and we lose energy to amplify signal when we receive  it.
