He is EXTREMELY qualified, he has hundreds of conventional papers.


But in that video he explains why Free Energy devices work sometimes for some but not for others.


If you go to http://tiller.org/ you will find that he sells a device that can with intention be imprinted with just such an influence.
It is "sort of" affordable at $260, but for a higher cost they can include the imprinting.


This world be a very effective way for someone to get Free Energy working for themselves.
