If people in here are capable, they could try themselves to put 3 coils on a core and study the effects of a single, variable duty-cycle period.   
1 input coil, and 2 output coils which are connected such that their voltage add when their fields buck. Bucking causes zero mutual induction towards the primary, or 1+1-1=1, only primary consumes power while the (back-MMF) flux of the secondaries are charged up. Need diodes on the output coils so the current remains forward biased and  there is only one direction when the input goes T_off.

But I'm not sure where I started talking about the POC.

Sorry I don't have contact with Marathonman. 
I'll try to help where I can. 
I was watching 'DZ generator' when it all started to make sense: spatial change and net zero-change, flux vortex with zero resultant flux change (equal and opposite change), MOTIONAL E=vXB=dA/dt, vXB + (-vx-B)=2vxB, not 0. 
Figuera and Sweet seems to do something similar, VTA (look up schematic and photo): bifilar coil, air core, on top and bottom side a magnet, probably N-N, and a pulsing coil with its face against the side of the bifilar to change its flux from the side.  N-N compression, because it causes stronger induction?

EMJunkie's experiment, a minimalist design, feeds a non-inductive bifilar coil through a core, which flux doesn't have effect on the flux of the primary that normally causes an increase in current, because like he said 1+1-1=1, and then let it 'deflate' or spin as a flywheel. It's a flux capacitor which slowly releases the flux stored in the output coil, because they remain mutually bucking when the signal is turned off, creating an EMF which enhances the bucking when it is used to create a current. 

Not to forget the Jensen transformer and explanation, and Thane's similar technique of back-MMF-Lenz redirection to a third coil on a second core.

As for dark matter, parallel can be made, they admit...

But the thing is ether is of various kinds, and one particular type is interacting with light unlike what dark matter is "supposed to", not only that, these subtle types of matter are also carries of what we call vitality literally so etc. So mainstream terminology, even if we take dark matter as a kind of admission of ether is still but a crude and inaccurate approximation and for them it is theoretical, so they don't even say it definitely exists. I made an instruction video how to measure resonant frequency of a coil,
with soundcard oscilloscope, in this case primary of a transformer.

It gave me pain to come to terms with it, but in the end it's simple.

I used to use 1kOhm resistor to protect the computer and i was firing
the LC tank with 1.5V battery, it turns out in the end both resistor and
the battery are totally not needed, internal resistance is so great it
cannot even be measured and it's enough to short the coil with a cap
attached across it to get nice damped resonant waves.

Setttings i found best

Amplitude CH1 1V
Time 1sec
Trigger normal - this means it will pick up for 1 sec and stop unless stronger signal comes
Measure cursors with time and voltage checkboxes on
