I think Holcomb has played enough with the system and is mature enough to give away his technology for next to nothing, the system will pay a little more to pay off the debt. There will be no prosecution, Holcomb will remain silent, since any movement to disclose can always be returned to criminal liability for fraud of a purely "trading" nature - "undertook, but did not fulfill." In principle, I was waiting for this moment in the development of events.
