It depends... it has to be verified somehow, and the more people verify it, the better.

As you already said, replication by others is always difficult. One small wrong detail is enough and it might not work. I would never try to replicate anything before it has been proven to work. It's difficult even for proven technology, and it's almost impossible for new technology which is not fully understood. I don't know of even a single case where anyone was able to successfully replicate any 'free energy device'. So sending working devices to independent testers is the only way to prove the functionality. After it has been proven, a proper documentation should be made to enable successful replication.

Yes, you are absolutely right and I perfectly agree with all you have written in your last post. 
But some question appears again anyway. Assume for example that you personally (as well as some other members of this forum) have already verified unambiguously the proper working of the black box just as described in the video. Then what will be our next step? How will we proceed further?
