Well, there is a full description of the black box, which consists of more than 100 pages of explanatory text, drawings and formulas. This detailed description has to be somehow shortened and simplified. And this shortening and simplifying process will take some time.
Are you sure that you could make the device? Are you enough qualified? What is your qualification? (Please do not be angry. I am only asking a question. If I have insulted you in some way, then please excuse me. I am ready to apologise.)

A sincere experimenter ( selling in another mans house ) would not hesitate to prove unit is as advertised !
And submit working product to our host for verification and testing prior to soliciting!!

But dear ramset, dear colleague, your last post seems to be vague and unclear again.
Let me ask you a few questions. Who is Stefan? Is this Stefan Hartmann (Admin.)? Or may be it is a matter of another person, whose name is Stefan too? Suppose we are ready to send the unit to Stefan for testing (as you suggest), but who is this Stefan actually?
Please try to make your posts a little clearer and a little more understandable, if possible. Please!
