Very interesting stuff.  You quote plate separations in thous of an inch. Is this level of accuracy really necessary? (It is a bit discouraging). You could look for other crowd funding sites as well, I would have thought. But should you not have a set of benefits to donors depending on the size of donation?

Could you not build a variable transformer? The Variac design is not that difficult to copy.

I'll look into other crowdfunding when I have the prototype up and running. But I have to get the coil winding machine in order to finish the transformer up correctly.


Unlike typical electrolysis this technology is on the complex side as things must be built to a much higher degree of acracy. Since the cells are nothing more than water capacitors they must be very close to being the same for each cell in the series array or they will not start ionizing the atoms that make up the water molecules at the same time or at the same voltage input. Basically they will have a different threshold voltage if the plate spacing isn't kept to a close tolerance, say ±0.001 inches or something like that. The cell I am currently using has a tolerance of ±0.0005 inches but as I said I listened to Don Gable and my plate spacing is a bit too large as a result.


The transformers can't be done like a Variac as it's a high voltage transformer and those high voltages will just arc across the gap between the wires where a typical Variac makes it's connections. These transformers are a way to copy the earth's global electric circuit so that we too can break the bonds of the water molecules like a thunderstorm does.


Once I have the coil winding machine I should be all set to move to the next level in my plans for this technology.
