It is well known that for solar panels,
all you need is sunshine!

how can you do without sunlight!
to receive electric current from these panels,
even in total darkness!

3-4 years ago I told about it,
on the stinking energyscience forum!..
however, the Ukrainian public of this forum,
pretended at that time that they absolutely did not need it! ...

It is somewhat well known that semiconductor diodes exhibit a non-linear capacitance with reverse voltage but what is not well known, is that these same diodes as used in solar arrays, have a much higher non-linear capacitance to forward voltage.  This parametric change in capacitance could possibly be used for "dark" energy generation.  Is this the technique used by your source?

No, I don't think it's some kind of "dark" energy in my invention!...
The fact is that semiconductors are subject to many and the most diverse types - radiation!
...and even exposure - radiation!(izotops)
- as in this purely theoretical example:

I wait and see when there will be allowed solar panels with radioactive material layer to put on the roofs.
Plus- phosphorus luminofore layer will make them less efficient from sun radiation.
Not so clever idea.
