Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Thin steel strips placed on a magnetic pole repel each other since they carry same kind of flux.  When opposite pole is brought beneath them they straighten up and get attracted towards bottom pole.   So by moving the bottom pole beneath and away, the strips can be made to oscillate like wings.  It is same as the repulsion of leaves in electroscope due to same kind of electric charge.

By fixing some kind of lever mechanism on strips can we get overunity from the setup?

You're moving a big magnet to move small wings. Do you want them to drive an ornithocopter, or only switch between wing positions?
With magnets with can make anything move, and with good overunity we can make anything fly.
It's a fun way to make an actuator, but for flight the wings would also be dealing with significant torque right at the pivot point.
