Yes the Artemis effect has been known since boats sailed the Nile , current generating apparent wind over the sails ( not as dramatic as Artemis ,as child I learned of this "making wind with current or water flow .)
How interesting it would be if somehow we could take the 90 times denser water
And drive ( MOVE) against the current ( under water)
