Nanosolar is just printing the cells ! Great new cheap solarcells coming !

Hi All,
I just viewed 2 videoclips from Nanosolar.com

It seems they now have very nice and cheaply to manufature roll printing solar cells.

I hope this will put enough final competition to the other solar cellmanufacturers,so we finally
can get soon really cheap  solar cells, that would only be around 1 US$ or less per Watt.

I think, then solar energy will be installed in many more locations !

P.S: If anybody can find out, what kind of PN semiconductor surface they use and
what kind of foil metal and transparent layer they are using,
please post it here.

Maybe one could design this also as a do it yourself solar cell kit,
as it looks not very complicated.
If one could design a kit that can print these solar cells at home
with at least 5 % efficiency with standard chemicals onto alufoil
or other cheap metal foils, this would be a great achievement.
