ok? do you have scientific evidence to back up what you say? i am not saying his tech works or doesn't work...i mean if you are going to say that at least show your math. thanks.

Math?  Scientific Evidence?  Why?

The simple fact is this, Kosol Ouch lies to get others to build his unproven ideas.

Kosol Ouch has NOT build any of this devices when he claims that his devices (the sphere within sphere device) work.

Over a year ago Kosol Ouch was caught in a lie after he admitted to NOT building his sphere within sphere device all the while he preached all over the internet that he did build it and it produced time distortions, anti-gravity effects etc etc.

Kosol Ouch is a guy who channels spirits and these spirits guides give him all the secrets of the Universe and alien technology and junk like that. 

In two decades, I have not seen any channel technology work or even successfully replicated.  The channel spirit guide technology is JUNK.  It does NOT work.

Just know that KO's unproven ideas come from channel spirits.
