If Viktor Grebennikov findings were real they also have to be one of the greatest loses to the anti gravity cause. I guess he was too ignorant to see that machines such as 3d printers can print micronscale objects and features in the future.

Well actually we can use any insect wing like bumbum bee ,fly wings ,any Beatle wings ,humming birds and every other insect wing and mounted them onto popcycle stick and it can be turned into a antigravity platform. I found out all insect wing has antigravity built internally into it structure . No limits which mean all insect wing is fair game ii n antigravity .

It would be interesting to see what the effects are of stacked insect wings on objects. I don't think they would be as effective as the wings Viktor claimed to use. However there are some organisms that exbibit these cavernous structures on a very small scale like diatom shells.
