High voltage HHO by IronHead

I have view some of these threads over my cell phone recently and just wanted to add a lil bit of input to the scene and maybe get a bit out.  I am a novice to this but have succeeded in running a 1992 Saturn off of an hho gen (cell) of my own crude construction at one time. I merely connected the hho out to the fuel rail which worked perfectly till boil over. 3-4 mins. insignificant to most I am sure. but A lil thrill for me.  After all I have only been at this six months with limited net access.

I have found that it does not necessarily require high voltage nor amperage to generate hho, but like Meyers philosophy the right frequency range. I have applied merely 12volts and .01 amps and generated rather significants amounts of hho using a basic ne555circuit and ss switch plate covers.(With or with electrolyte added.) however not enough to run my vehicle yet. My test vehicle is now my 4.0 liter 89 Jeep Cherokee which requires a lil more fuel than the other so I am back to the drawing board.  I will note that based on my calculations, rudimentary as they may be, I require approximately a 3liter hho production (which is over estimating) per minute to successfully run it full time with water alone. with lil modifications to the vehicles current ecu or components.  namely heated O2sen ,map and  tps circuits...  gate/freq/pw etc...

ordinary gasoline has been mileage increased with O2sen simulator. and I am not light on the feet.  increased 4-5 mpg there. working on supplementary hho but trying to figure optimal location for fuel input. other than b4 carb. perhaps secondary fuel rail.

Try the intake manifold through a bubbler.  Can you post a video of your hho production, looks very promising!

I have been a machinist for more than 30 years.  I own a small machine shop since 1992.  I have worked with SST shim stock extensively.  These shims  come in coils already.  very easy to slip into round container.  I am looking at plastic mesh for a separator with perhaps 1/2 inch openings.  All this can be wrapped together (rolled by hand).  I will try .02 thick and see how it goes, 6" X 50" each negative and positive makes for a tremendous amount of surface area.  The pressure may help in production maybe?  http://sciencelinks.jp/j-east/article/200213/000020021302A0509247.php

What pressure ? HHO gas pressure goes up then production goes down.

3 liters a minute wont run 1 cylinder on your 6 cylinder 4.0 engine with water as the only fuel source.
Also I would like to see a  Cell that extracts significant? amounts of HHO using 12 volts 0.01amperes
that boils over in 3 to 4 minutes without the heat coming from high current. How?

You really need to show use some videos and diagrams with pictures and such if you want help on this Cell you have built. Btw  Stan Meyer was using high amperage ,just not directly. The Cell he built was a
capacitor that would go into avalanche.
