Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Hi all & IH. My first post. Wow this topic was read 90,000x. I read all 30 pages of it, watched all the great videos, got lost in a "Youtube video spiderweb". Read all the other great related topics posted about HV etc.

A short introduction - today I am a machinist. I tried doing this stuff as a kid - putting 9V batteries or wiring A.C. adapters in a cup of water and wondering what to do with the bubbles! And I had one of those cheap electronic kits that came with a strip of zinc for making a battery. But I, instead zinc plated a penny with it.

I want to put my cell(s) in my '99 Toyota Corolla 140,000 miles. Baseline 30/35mpg. BTW 3 oz acetone  per tank is good for another 2+ mpg. Measured the gains/losses constantly while delivering pizzas for ~2 years & 30,000 miles and going to school. Back when gas was $2.29 gallon...

Built three spiral cell designs from a Tesla coil capacitor idea to be chained in series. Three plastic (PPE I think) sealed ~16 oz containers - each cell uses one +, one - ss mesh and one ss neutral mesh and plastic mesh separators. I chose this design due to simplicity, cost, familiarity, and reasonable reports of gas output. I was pleasantly surprised at the output, low current draw, and low enough heat. It will be easy to make several of these to share with others. Hardly any machining required.

12v drew 3A all three cells total, so I added 0.08 tsp. NaHCO3 to each. 5A draw, 105 degrees all three cells total. Raised V to 24, drew 11A 125 degrees - good gas production, pics and flow rate TBD. Afraid to give a rough guess.

One annoying problem is that GOOP doesn't stick to plastic. Does anything stick to plastic?!

Thank you forum for your guidance, and numbers and stuff. Fight the good fight...

Some serious questions I still have are about surface tension, freezing and resonance.

1) Would modifying the surface tension of water using a surfactant or ultrasonics improve gas production?

2) What would happen if you add ammonia to prevent freezing in winter? Is it safe and does ammonia aid/reduce HHO production?

3) I seem to recall reading about these cells behaving like capacitors. Will a capacitance meter help me figure out a frequency to pulse the cell at? In a similar idea, has anyone tried to use a variable inductor in parallel with the cell to try resonance? Any coilers?

Hey Zoot,
I live in upstate new york and I have a few ideas, one of which I will be trying myself this winter.
1- Battery warmer-as long as you have access to a plug
2- Snowmobile hand grip warmers-run off battery but should work ok as long as you also put in a battery trickle charger to counteract the draw which I believe is minimal.
3- Coffee mug warmer plates- also run off battery.
I'm probably going to use the battery warmer just due to the fact I have easy access to a place to plug in both at home and at work.
Hope this helps, later

IronHead,
I read in an earlier post of yours that baking soda creates poison when used in the electrolyzer, what is this poison? I was just curious cause I'm a noob to HHO and I have built and am using a single

type cell(which I was told by thier site to use baking soda)  in my vehicle right now but I'm working on plans to build a variant of ZeroFossilFuel's VSPB cell shortly with a PWM.
Will this poison harm my vehicle? I was thinking about changing to KOH anyway just to try to get away from the heat instability of the baking soda.
Thanks for your time,
S

I found a YT video of a gas output experiment - ultrasonic vs. no ultrasonic. Check it out.

Also a link about MIT electrolysis discovery using cobalt and phosphate catalyst on one electrode and platinum on the other. I wonder if something cheaper than platinum would work?
