Sometimes when I try to go back on all the postings listed here and elsewhere I may have easily missed out some data that Ironhead or someone else has posted or I may have completely misunderstood. If so sorry about that fellas but I actually can and do read but some of the posted data is vague and is often plain confusing.
I just wanted to mention or rather  'remind' you all that the "series" type of cells, as they are more commonly known, have been around for years and are well documented as being very efficient.
You don't need a negative in the middle and the 2 positives outside as per one of the diagrams posted here. If your individual cells are electrolytically sealed from each other then you can just have a negative on one end of the cells and positive on the other end and the overall voltage will be divided up equally amongst the cells. The number of plates should be calculated out so that they don't have any more than 2.2 volts per section. Otherwise you are wasting energy and creating unneccessary heat.
I learned this from actual experience and not only theory. I have to refer to other experimenters who have done great work in this field such as Tero Ranta, George Wiseman and Bob Boyce. No sense really in turning in my own data in since these guys have the data available already and they are miles beyond my understanding.
Walter and others on this forum have already been to this place. Thats all I am saying. Don't want to knock anyone around but only want to chip in to help others build efficient cells.

That's all fine and dandy.  Keep building them your way. 

This cell isn't using 15 amps and this is only "level 1" - brute force method.  Voltage is not the only way to break a molecule and anyone who knows it all is fooling themselves.  Proper application of a magnetic field can convert para to ortho on demand. 

Had you mapped the fields around a cell in this configuration, you might have seen something peculiar.  By this, I mean all of the fields - torsion, electric, and magnetic.   This is just the tip of the iceberg, the  door of the rabbit hole.

Stick around.  You might see something you like.

hkyle: pm me that theory you posted.  Ironhead mentioned magnetic electron traps - no we're talkin' - suck them right out of space.  Marinov would be proud.

Being deliberately vague - electricity is not the only way to create "magnetic properties".

Seemingly this isn't related to what you guys are trying to do but just wanted to mention too that both George Wiseman and Bob Boyce claim that in a properly built series cell that there is 'another type of hydrogen' gas that is produced in between the plates. This gas is said to be 4 times more powerful than the other types of hydrogen and so as a result less gas is required to power an IC engine then what might have been previously thought.

I'll look forward to watching you guys make progress in your projects.

I find it freaking amazing that in an OU forum guys still tell you , you can't do this and you cant do that, you have to do it this way, because these guys did it this way and what they say goes ! to build a proper thing.  you must  you must.
Your way clearly can not be right because these guys have math law and physic law, they really know there stuff!

Good job Walter,few have don that. What I call level4 or so.
Shall we do the thimble off water a couple of CCs .No not yet

We will be using 3 batteries on this cell stack, I have specified this.
So we will see 12v,24,36,v and there effect.

In the end you will all understand where this is going ,everyone.
We can do this on any scale at any voltage. I have done 20,000
volts in a micro cell . A 1000 volt externally driven macro cell. 12 volt monster
series cell. A single pin of SS can produce massive explosive HHO if you know how.
