ok so you screwed up  you jumped ahead .
take the cell out of the water and dump the
water out and sign in telling me you have
completed the cell stack ,which you just did.
I hate to be harsh ,but there are some very
subtle things that I think are very important
here .
Again similar to the findings of Joe (Joe Cell)
and some things learned from him. But it will
work no matter what mood your in .

Ironhead. I finished the cell. and i am thinking about puting it in close proxsimity to a 12vdc 800 cca carbattery. and some distilled H20 . Is there any thing else i should do to it, with it, Like maybe cross my fingers or somthing   M.

ok , First don't use distiled water .
use spring water like the bottled stuff . I know a bunch of people are going to say don't do that ,since I brought up the Joe thing. Use spring water anyway there are some elements in there I feel are very important . A good container to do this in is Tupperware type  poly. Seems to be a fair insulator. Put the cell in and pour water about 1/4 inch below the top of the neutral plates .
Ok get your 12 volt battery connected up  and connect one positive leg of the stack only .

Take the negative side of you battery wire and attach something that can prob each plate .  Now with  this prob touch each plate from the closest to the Positive for a few seconds , then the next plate  do this till you hit the center plate of the cell stack, the negative leg.stop

Once you hit center stop , put the positive on the other end of the cell stack and do the same ,one plate at a time till you hit the center again.
This sounds crazy to some . I cant explain why this works it just does , Molecules or some such.

When done with that , connect both positive legs and you negative the way it is shown on page 14. Stay with 12 vdc  let the stack run for about 20 min. keep and eye on heat don't go above 150F.Ok stop after 20min let the thing cool to room temp and hook it up again , run it until you see the water get thick like very high surface tension . Where the bubbles really start to grow good size before they break . now your cell is charged.

You only have to do plate conditioning once .

There is a much more advanced version of this
but we don't need to do it in this cell stack.

OK would R.O (reverse osmosis) be considered the same....it takes out most of the minerals but anything that can be dissolved in the water will stay....

As long as it is not silver filtered. Some high end RO systems use a silver canister and pump water into this canister where it sweats out the other side . This type produces very pure water because only the water molecule will pass through the silver .
A  cheap bottle of water will works better , I feel some of these minerals are important .But yes if you have to and  if the above does not apply .
I would tell you to use tap water but there is a problem,  you wont be able to see whats going on in the cell when it gets all mucked up from such a source.



The best way of all is to build a water cleaning system that is designed just for this purpose  of making HHO in this cell stack. Starting with water from a river ,rain ,underground well . But we dont need to go there yet as this will requirer building a whole new type of apparatus for cleaning water in a specific way.
But I will cover this design in the future once you all understand more about
what we are doing here.
