Next is KOH . KOH is caustic guys and needs to be vented Do not breath the stuff.

KOH will not gas like  other additives. it will vaporized though.
KOH will also condense back to its original form very quickly and can be feed back to the cell from the bubbler chamber  which we'll  get into later as far as a electrolyte type cell goes.So this would be used in a closed loop system if we were to use this type of cell as a fuel source . The KOH would never reach the engine in this case.

Here just add very small amounts of KOH or Lye to the cell. About the size of an aspirin pill at a time. Make sure you have an amp meter hooked up. The amps will go up as you do this. We want to see the effect of amps,  and how high we can go till we get abit of heat .
Monitor those batteries , there temps , find there discharge rating don't go over that rating  or the battery will gas and could expand very fast.Keep an eye on the terminal temps as well. WEAR GOGGLES ALWAYS . if it goes boom we dont want  shards or caustics from cell or battery  in your eyes.you never know so be safe .

DO NOT USE SALT IN PLACE OF KOH IT WILL GAS TO MAKE CHLORINE  GAS
HIGHLY POISONOUS AND WILL STAY AIRBORNE.
Do not put copper or aluminum in this cell, again these thing will gas to poisons.
All bolts , clips and so forth should be stainless that contact the water in this cell.

Question for ya.
@ironhead (or anyone else wanting to tackle this question).
I added another 9 more plates to the test cell I posted earlier...So there are a total of
28 plates
- nnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn +
Now just for testing what i did was add about .5 of a pop bottle lid of lye to the pail of water.
I was pulling 123v at 15.6 amps pulsed @120hz
anyway back to the question.
I notice on the far right of the cell - side there was a massive amount of very small fine bubbles and on the Left side at the + side was a huge amount of big bubbles.
Was the one side Parahydrogen and the other side orthohydrogen created by the electromagnetic field?

Hydrogen forms small bubbles and oxy forms larger bubbles. its a cohesion thing. And teacher doesn't seem to like it when you jump ahead in class. Wasn't it a split series cell he was working with?

Yes that is right...But in a series cell the N plates create oxygen on one side and hydrogen on the other between the ss plates.

So each cell should have the same output throughout. Not just on one side.
I could see that if there was only 2 plates but not in this case.
