Good job , Your description gives me a good visual .
Seems like you have the thing built well. Now have you
gone through the water charging process  and the
plate pre-charging process ?

Great looking cell ,see if you can get those verts
covered up. We want to try an seal in the voltage
on those plates at there sides. Good work

Pre-charging the plates the way I  do is similar to the Joe Cell.
We are setting up a gradient for the electromagnetic field charge.

All these things:  water charging, pre- charging plates , sealing in the vertical sides of the cell  must be done to achieve good production in the long run.

Memo: Anyone here that does not have a camera please try to draw up what you cell looks like or explain in detail .

Keep up the good work guys

Oh and dont use glue on the plates . Go back and study the drawings on pg 14 . you will see the side panels are slotted . A Dremal works well for this if you have one.
Also gaskets will not work ether as the plate will still spew voltage off the edges of the plates that are exposed to the water.

Looking good  keep going we will get there.

Ironhead,
I didn't touch the cell becoz I have been overtiming till 10pm this week. However, I re-read what you posted on p24 regarding water and plates charging. I am practising the procedures in my mind all the time. It is so interesting and make me excited. I will squeeze sometime to do this on Saturday.
I would like to ask on charging. After plate precharging, 20 minutes is needed for water charging, don't get the temperature above 150F, why?
After charging at 12V, I would like to repeat charging at 24V and 36V. Do I need to repeat all the procedures like plate charging or just switch to 24V and 36V for a while ?
After charging process, should I add KOH to the charged water or just let it run on spring water alone?
Sorry for many questions!
Cheers,
Alex
