You don't need a pump if you set it up like this.So that you get good idol and acceleration .About 15to 18"s at idol   and 25 to 30"s hard acceleration .Use poly check valves for  HHO.

For pressurized direct injection . If or when you can produce that much.
Use a solenoid gas handling injector with a voltage controller.

A 12 chamber NS-T system will work this way and alot of equipment to support  the extraction of HHO

If you need to control the whole engine on full HHO. Build some of these types of injectors and I recommend the MegaSquirt board http://www.glensgarage.com/catalog/assembled-megasquirt-c-25.html

You can hook you injectors,pressure,O2,temp,flow,mass air sensors ... into this board

for a 6 liter about a 1/2 inch tube?

For a check valve are there any that use next to no pressure to open?

yah because i think it was you who mentioned a separate vacuum pump would work well and then from that movie that hartiberlin put up a simple lab gas valve to control the idle and acceleration in a pressurized system where the speeed is controlled by how much hydrogen is alloed to enter the cylinder.  so we have 2 ways to choose from that both sound very interesting.

Yes but you gota produce alot of gas to  do what he was doing from a pressurized Hydrogen bottle at 3000psi. And you do not want to put Hydrogen and Oxygen in a bottle together.
Very unstable . Hydrogen without oxygen is fine though.

3/8"  good for 4 to 6 liter.

Got to try one of these too. I think this is a good idea for everyone once I test it , For the price it is worth the not having to build it.
