Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

a bandsaw works good too if ya gots one of them.... as would a hacksaw i think.  depends on how thick your steel is, i was using 24awg so a bandsaw blade width was poifect.....

hkyle

That would be HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
here is a link to some stuff....pretty cheap

I've actually got 2 Dremels, a rotozip.. oh hell.. a ton of pwr tools. I used my dremel alot until I recently picked up a similar unit but marketed in the wood working world as a cable driven chuck, that gives you much more versatility.. and it came with a foot pedal to vary the speed.
What is that material HKyle? Looks like either Teflon or Styrofoam.
My next step is 500+ degree hi temp gasket maker, that will seal the edges for sure.

sorry I'm not trying to drag the group backwards.

Cutting board plastic cool, I didn't know the name of it... sweet
thanks man.
@ s_c yes I have a 14" Bandsaw, but it's got a 3/4 X 10tpi blade in it right now that's dull from all the AL I've cut, I need to change it up for maybe a 1/2 X 6 to 8 tpi.
My plates are 1/8th ss so they are just a little bit too big for a blade's width, but I think I'm going to try the circular saw, on a slide, then slice the big piece into the right widths.

Successfully Perpetually Failing at everything I do...
