Just an Fyi, lye is KOH, or at lease potash lye is which is the common type. There is also naoh, sodium based lye, but it is very uncommon. Table salt is? NaCL, water H2O, Lye KOH.

Do we know of the best thickness and surface area yet?

Does someone have a calculation?

What is everyone using for 316L thickness? 1/16 ? 1/32?

does it even matter?
