Do you, or does anyone have data on how many litres of HHO per minute it takes to run and accelerate a 6 liter automotive gas engine? 

I have not been able to find anything conclusive on it?

Well, I cannibalized the pwm controller off that little benchtop mill I have last night, and fired it up, but the output has a built in over current protection built in, which cuts out at 4.5A... I got it to run for a while at 36volts, but it heated up and then just kept shutting off... so looks like I'm back to building a ghetto pulse unit, with a encoder & disk from a printer... switching a fet... I've got an old apc ups unit that's got 24vdc out to keep the batteries charged, at a decent current.

One thing that keeps popping into my head though, is trying my variac with a diode on one leg of the ac only... giving a ->->-> & <><><>

Keep the sparks to a minimum...

Well, for todays tests:

I had the 18 cells conditioned and had 25.8 volts at 2.4 amps.  Had very few bubbles coming off.  I used a small but powerful flashlight to see better in the cells and it seemed as though the light generated more bubbles.  I tried it several times.  Let's see:  25.8 / 18 = 1.43 v per cell.  Faraday is 1.5  (1.7 emf - .2 heat).  Was I just imagining this or could a light generate .57 v?  It seemed to work best when shining the light directly at the plate (neg.)  Of course, it could have been just the
cccoooofffeeeeeee working it's magic.

Continued on and noticed that the bubbles did not want to break the surface tension.  They would always head for the meniscus on the plates, so much so that the bubbles coming off the neg. plate would travel over to the pos plate because of local pressure on the neg. plate, but would not break the surface in the center.
It seemed like 50 to 100X the number of bubbles on the neg. compared to the pos.

Added Naoh, 24.5 v at 5.2 amps.  Bubble size now dime and quarter sized.  Scraped some bubbles off with a pencil and lighted it, got a crackle.  Saw some whiffs of smoke.  I got down level and with the flashlite saw a standing wave of bubbles 1/2 inch above the solution.  Cool.  Waved my hand above and moved the wave.  The bubbles were coming out of the solution and were being pulled down by gravity and also pulled over to the neg. plate.  And some were 2" away from the plate!  in air!

But what are the bubbles?  Is the H trapped in a water molecule?  It was heavier than air, so it wasn't just H.  Are we splitting one H off the O?  What is H 1 O?  Or said another way when 1 H is taken away from h2O what is left?

You have HHO  there is all kinds of stuff that come into play here for strange things that seem to happen , Heat , Surface tension, Magnetic field ,highly energized negative electrons and to much coffee.
