Yes ,there is about 5mg of KOH in this cell , had to do it as I used distilled water.
Then give it a sec to charge at 12 VDC the first time out then switch it over to 36VDC. Also these are Nitronic 50 Stainless steel plates in there.There is no trash in that water the IR light and the iris of the cam make it look that way.

This is just a test cell wait till you see the big boys that I am doing a video on.

No but I build till I get it right. I will try anything I can get my hands on including many different light sources at least till I know the correct spectrum and build a laser accordingly .

Actually i was being a tad facetious with the question's in a way.

I was posting the questions for you, not at you.

The spectrum you want is the infared spectrum, heat is what were after in the cylinder. This is why we need a much more efficient cooling system in a car when runing hydrogen and oxygen, more infared energy produced.

Increase the infared energy in a hydrogen and oxygen molecule, then let them join, would increase the infared energy output of said joining.

This is why you do not require a spark plug in an ICE when using an injector such as Meyer'.

This is also why he has "inert" gases mixed in before the cylinder so the more "energized " hydrogen and oxygen molecules do not join while on route from the cell to the cylinder.
