This might be a big request but, can anyone here give a translation of this? not even a total, but just to get the highlights.  Is he saying that he has something that runs?

I believe that last wheel drawing holds some potential. A very crude wm2d mockup gives an indication of continious motion. I need to heavily remake this to confirm it.
