Good Cell Design

What's a good cell design to start with? I have seen cells that look like batteries with up to 70 electrodes and cells using CVPC pipes. My original idea started out as a cell built like a battery, but as time passed, I have been slowly been progressing towards the cell using a schedule 80 CVPC pipe as the cell housing.

CPVC will muck the water very fast and seemling endlessly.
Cell Cast Acrylic is very good

Where would I found Cell cast Acrylic. That doesn't sound like anything I can find very easily around my area.

Any plastics shop or you can use 316 stainless steel.

I was reading the hydrostar PDF that i have posted under my topic Power In Water, and it recommends that you use CPVC for the cell housing.
