Incredable video about ship on the moon!!

Are we talking about the cigar shaped object in the middle?  To the right of those massive overlaping craters?

According to the lens focal length and altitude given with the photo that particular object is around 7.4km in length.  I'm going to apply Ockham's Razor and assume that it is a rock.

well .. the best way to check .. is to have a very powerful telescope point in the direction, and SEE it .. o wait .. there is the possible excuse that it is on the "other side" of the moon.

but if those are official nasa images, then i would have to think that something is indeed there. definately worth sending a satellite to the location to do a recon of it. ofcourse, what am i thinking, the government has probably already done that.

That area of the moon is indeed on the far side.  That link shows the latitude and longitude as 19?S and 117.5?E.

I'm quite interested in knowing what everyone thinks the object is and how they have come to that conclusion.

I think it is a big rock because there isn't much else on the moon.  Rocks and dust and a few golf balls.

i took a closer look at the vid. after the APOLLO 20 logo (which i cant corroborate from anywhere else that it is official), there is a blue screen, and on that it says "APOLLO 11 .. VIEW OF EARTH AND CREW .. GMT .. 190:01:15 TO 196:01:39 ... YEAR 1969"

it seems the whole vid is probably from a VCR cassette or Betacam. One vid written on top of another. Then the moon vid .. one interesting thing is those 3 strips of light that seem to be reflected from the module to the moon.

the camera technology seems on par with the technology at that time.

BUT, there is every possibility it is fake .. someone can easily work up a miniature model of the landscape, and use a minicam, and make it look like they r in orbit around the moon.

if it is a fake, who ever did it probably works in the Hollywood industry. but If it ISNT a fake, who ever released it probably works with very classified data.

attached is an enlarged image of the nasa image .. as you can see, the object is above the ground at the nose section .. i doubt the moon would have such a terrain naturally .. there is no wind or fluids that could erode a "rock" in that manner

It depends a great deal on how you interpret the image.  The shadows at the right end could be caused simply be the rock being taller at that end and casting a shadow.  It doesn't appear to me to be off the ground at all.  Nor does it appear to have a nose section.

However, if it is off the ground I don't see any reason why that would make it unnatural.  Possible ways this could happen include:
   It is part of an asteroid that has impacted on the surface and ended up in that position.

   It may be harder than the surrounding moon surface and has remained whilst the surrounding matter has been blown away by nearby meteorite impacts.
