Did you read about huge light spokes in the water at night time. I forget what they attributed it to but, I believe there is a far better answer for the phenomonum. Keely discovered acoustics can cause water to light with a blue light. At least I think it was Dr. Keely and the name he gave it (forgive the spelling on this I'm not sure) Sololuminesence.

He was a really neat guy that got blamed for cheating because he liked to brick off and bury his old experiments instead of taking it to the trash like normal people. Sounds like the crap I drag to the basement because I might want to try again or use part of something for something else. haha
