I found this on Dr Evan's blog today.

The pics look good and the person reports 90-95% efficiency for bifilar config. He seems to be confident of getting overunity for trifilar.

I don't know who he is, and his email etc, perhaps someone here would be interested in calling him here and ask him to post results here. :)
