The energy from the batteries is being burned off as heat ,
But the energy from the electrons that are freed from the Hydrogen and Oxygen bond is a completely different source and can be used . I am not going to say that there is more power coming out than going in . All I know is this process does help  from Hydrogen and Oxygen  trying to re-combined  back to water. There is alot of electrical energy released in the form of negative electrons here. This is similar  power you might see in a Fuel Cell and that seems to be enough to run an electric car motor.

Hello People, john piss me off big time with this one. he said prove me wrong i was going to find out who was right but he pull it down to fast. how can you learn that way. he also pull my comments about vee and wm projects. i told him i would help him but not now! you can't just look at volts but amps too. how many time does a battery 12volts but to low of amps to start a car (cheap load test) I would say look at battery heat, he could be burning its plates. maybe by switching them fast they don't burnt up. a amp/hr tester can tell you.
if i find out it works. it will be posted here does.
