He is pulling the liberated electrons off of the Cell and charging the battery . Once one battery is charged he switches to the next and the charging continues.This not only  puts some power back into the source but also keep the HHO from combining back into water.

Stan Meyer was also doing this.

I have  been doing this some what via the Meyer process and the Blue Zone.I am not charging a battery. I have been dumping the power in to a DC motor only to get the electrons out of the Cell Container to keep the HHO from combining to water.

yep, i saw all 3 videos, and 4 huors after he uploaded the 3rd, he started deleting them, so i grabbed what i can and uploaded it.. i know i dont have any right to do that, but i care more about free energy than the things that i'm allowed or not allowed to do..

The one video he pulsed a car headlight with 3 12v batteries pulling 2.5 amps. Two of the batteries were charging at a good rate about 1-1.5 volts and the third only dropped .3 of a volt in 8 min.

I assumed the setup was battery A+ to C+ | A- to B+ and pulling power off the - of b and c. He didn't show the setup of the 3 batteries, But in a previous video he showed 4 batteries with this setup.
