paper battery/capacitor - a flying carpet??

It's a paper battery using two layers of nanotubes with an electrolyte.  They've made a battery and a capacitor. 

So... have you seen the flying capacitors?  Use the same tech with a fabric and layer batteries with a cap... and you have a flying carpet.
