Have a look at this.

How is he getting so much voltage and current ?
Just jamming the meter only ?
Where are the wires connected to ?
I see one wire hanging in the air about 1 cm further ahead of the disc...

I have though of this kind of effect before, but thought it would have definently been discoverd already if it worked. The Centrifugal force on free floating electrons, ofcoures when something spins there's an out force on all the masses that make it up, the atoms are more so stationary, but floating electrons would float outwards.
