ok all

edit 10-16-2007 as of this time  all photos are correct all wire are correct for my core (my choice)

here is the 4 coils on core  first layer.

edit  added wraped  with  fiberglass  insulators

front and inter coil  is 48 turns 20 ga
the top and bottom is 32 turns 20 ga
(at time could not get solid wire)
then the secondary  is 128 turns 16 ga  tifflon  silver coated  stranded  (my choice)
my 6 primarys will be 20 turns  of 16 ga  tifflon  silver coated  stranded  (my choice)
