atomic hydrogen torch

hi everyone this is my first post however i have been reading for quite some time.  i am a licensed  electrician and an electronics tech.  i have built myself a hydrogen system with 16 plates 18" x 3" all tightly enclosed in a 4" schedule 40 pvc vessel.  i have everything sealed up to withstand pressures over 100 psi,  (don't worry i am doing everything safely and i will not use nearly 100 psi)  i have a bubbler made of a 2" pvc tube 24" long.  I eventually want to build an atomic hydrogen welder like the ones they used to use in the 1920's.  i can currently fill a 500ml water bottle with hho gas in 22 seconds using approximately 190 watts 12v @ 15-16 amps no pulsing yet.  my new scope should arrive soon along with all the necessary components for a high voltage pwm.  (Higher Voltage)

Anyways i am having a problem finding information online about what is needed to have a torch like flame without an explosion.  i have all kinds of cutting and braising torches that i am willing to use for this project but i am unsure of how to go about building this.  i have seen videos on youtube with  people showing off their torch flames.  i am hoping someone here may have some experience they are willing to share.  i assume that a constant pressure is needed with some sort of flashback valve or fast acting check valve.

i haven't bothered to video anything yet but if someone wants to see my setup i will break out the camcorder.

Hi Rice,
glad to see you over here.

I have seen a video about 2 years ago, when there was no YouTube
yet, where a guy had mixed a lot for air via an aquarium pump
via a "Y" piece tubing into the hydrogen production line and
thus the gas was very air rich and the gas burned very slowly
and not dangerous !
It seems you need then pretty much of air but it worked for him
via an aquarium pump.
Please try it and let us know.

hi stefan.  thanks for the quick reply.  i really appreciate it.  that sounds like a good idea and i will try that tomorrow.  i am wondering though if thats what these guys are using,  an air pump.

also stefan i would highly recommend this book if you are interested in atomic hydrogen.  just look at the atom bomb.  thats a lot of energy
