Molten Metal Cold Fusion Electrolysis

Has there been any work on HOH "Browns Gas" cutting metals being another form of  "Active Cold Fusion"?
Molten metal would make a very interesting form of Cold Fusion Electrolysis and where there is Hydrogen there is Deuterium. As the old adage goes "A little dash will do you"
