theoretic thought on voltage vs potential and dielectric material

Thought:

Just say that for the sake of arguement that we had a lifter device or an EHD that used a high K dielectric meduim.... like a capacitor. And it worked.

Now, my thought is that we use very high voltage in "conventional" EHD triangles because air is not a great storage medium, so we need to keep replenishing this air gap capacitor with high potentials of energy....

So IF it turns out that we get motion from something being an assymetrical CAPACITOR, and not ion movement.... then would we need to use high voltages? couldn't we just charge the device with a standard battery like we do with a regular cap like those in cameras or ignition coils?

if you throw Tesla's claims and theories into the mix it would be the function of two points of alternating high voltage that cause the effect of lift.  therefore using just a battery would not work also consider that pulsed DC shows higher efficiency compared to a constant charge.

ofcourse I am hooked on trying to solve how Tesla did it. (THE MAN WAS A FRIGGIN GENIUS!!!!)
anyways i have my ideas and many disagree and maybe I am just mad.

Hutchison is getting some results in the same area, but he's not sharing.People have not been experimenting in the high
voltage area long.The Canadian government keeps stealing his labs and his lack of anger over this tells me he has a hidden
lab somewhere.Think the jokes on the Queen. Anyway, we have to tinker, some of the clues are there, Hutchison said,
(this is not a direct quote) his effect is caused by the interaction so several radio waves with ambient high voltage.The
strength of the waves or their frequencies were not revealed.What was revealed however was He was using several high
voltage sources in one area.If we Ignore people like Bearden and play at the work bench we'll get it.Tesla described (ropes
of power)These may well correlate with how the hutchison effect works, those ropes of power maybe lifting the objects
instead of being on the lifted object.This is also a far more believable approach to modern day weather control than the
mythical (scalar power suddenly revealed to us from out of the blue and successfully hidden from us for a century).Don't
fall for the fairytales, the rich and the powerful are just a bunch of carnies.Remember this (There's one born every minute.)
If you have been reading about the Brown Effect carefully there is some information about insulation.
Don't think you are mad, just think you are getting ticked enough to hit the workbench with the rest of us. lol

T.T. Brown did use a high density dielectric in the experiment for turning the armature on a tower.
The power requirements were higher, keep in mind the disks were large also. I've been working with
ignition coils.Van De Graffs are large and heavy leaving them an undesirable power source not to
mention they are effected by humidity and the air gap coils do not produce enough amperage to
deliver sufficient wattage to do any serious work. It would be nice to come up with maximum power
transfer through proper Z matching also. We're still in the infant stage here and likely most of our
breakthroughs are going to be accidents so, we all invite you to join us at the workbench and
see if you get lucky.There are many driving curcuits availible on the net for various coils. I've had
many people mention line pole transformer coils.Those are extreamly heavy I'll stay away from them.
I haven't ruled out the need to make custom coils in the same design as ignition coils using lighter
materials and more turns on the secoundaries.My advice is chase any avenue unexplored that has
merit.Nothing is madder than watching Hutchison make pudding fly and metal transmute.

Speaking of HV generation using electrostatic machines... I ran accross this a few years ago: Looks very simple, can be cascaded or linked to create even highter voltages, and could be made like the "Searl rings". very simple, and since charge is carried on the outside, it could be made VERY lightweight by using rollers "skinned" with Nylon and Teflon and a conductive foil. I'd like to make one of these for my own use at some point.... is it allright to create something for ones own use if it has been patented?
