Need help to create simple water dissociation device to demonstrate to others

Hello

I am keenly interested in this new technology and it's advancement.
I would like to create a device for myself, so that I can demonstrate to others and support any briefings I give about the potential for these technologies.

I have no scientific or engineering background, but I would like to construct a simple device to show others the viability of the many small systems I have seen working in videos on the net. Simply explaining it to people isnt enough.

Can someone please spell out or provide a pointer to schematics and guides to building a basic 'crude' setup.
Something that achieves visible results to hint at the potential for more sophisticated devices. Im not too concerned about high efficiency at this point.

My budget at the moment is in the hundreds of dollars. Ive seen some devices that only seem to be a 12 volt source and some stainless steel and a couple other things. So Im guessing a basic construct wouldnt be unaffordable.

Im willing to be an active part in getting the truth of the true solution (hydrogen-oxegyn) out of corporate hands who are setting unreasonable time scales and costs (GM, Honda and more), but I need help. I will approach many people once I have a simple device to confirm the claims, and hopefully inspire further review, research and development.

Ive browsed this forum and watched many many videos and am really excited about it all... But knowing where to go next and which particular system to use as a demo is difficult for me.

Im willing to be active and vocal about it, and having a system for myself would greatly improve the chances I, and we, are taken seriously.

Are you just looking to build an electrolyser to split hydrogen and oxygen?

Yeah.

Basically the way of applying current to stainless steel that dissociates the water.

Need some schematic or guides.

G'day,

The simplest way requires two nails, a bit of copper wire and a battery. Connect each nail with the wire to the poles of the battery. Hang the nails into a glass of water, making sure they don't touch and you will see the bubbles of hydrogen and oxygen form on the nails. Hydrogen forms on the minus and Oxygen on the plus terminal.

It does not get much simpler than this. It helps if you put a bit of salt into the water. Distilled water does not work you need some electrolyte. Even Lemon juice will do but not together with salt.

Ok thanks, that is helpful but a bit too unsophisticated. I'll go ahead and make this kind anyway, but wont settle for it.
Just wondering what kind of battery (9V?), should the nails be close together as possible, and does the metal type of the nails affect it much (should i get stainless nails)?

Ideally I'd like a simplified stainless steel plate or tube 'Meyer' setup. (One tube will do)

As far as I can gather, Meyer's device worked by applying differing voltages (rapidly pulsed? not sure what the tech name for that 'strobing' is).
One voltage attracted an atom, the other a different atom (due to electron amounts) and this 'split' the atomic structure of the water, producing HHO/hydrogen-oxegyn gas.

Please help, because Im not doing this for my own curiosity, like to prove to myself that it works. Im fairly confident they do work, but I need to convince people (politicians, electricians, mechanics, whoever might actually DO something and make a change for the better).

Im not here because I want to be the next Stanley Meyer. Im here because I want to vocalise, take action and make known this technology out of the confines of this forum and youtube. I want to be a part of the change that means your children might not have to breath carbon monoxide or settle for govt energy half-truth 'solution' scams.
