breaking up water with a magnet

two pieces of similar metal are dissimilar enough to make a weak battery if they come from different batches of the same metal (about .1 volts ie,one tenth volt).I ran this same experiment in my kitchen.Magnets do enhance the process but without that 1/10 volt flow of electrons I saw no bubbles.I used nickle plated magnets(got bubbles) Then plastic magnets(no bubbles).Magnets do enhance the process when you have a flow of electrons.One nickle plated magnet got corroded.So that told me I had a battery.Triffid

I've read somewhere in the net that Prof. Ehrenhaft eventually gave a public demonstration of his findings, of which he had previously published detailed descriptions, measurements and photographs.

But his public demonstration failed... leaving him in a deep depression for his remaining years to live.

IMHO, this could only happen for one of these reasons:

1 - something had been tweaked in his setup so as to make the public demonstration fail -- which seems highly probable to me;

2 - there was a strong personal component -- which might be called "orgone energy" or "chi" or "ether" etc. --  participating to the experiment, that was disrupted by emotional and ambient conditions. This should be considered every time one uses water, which, as Reich discovered, is an extremely avid absorber of this kind of energy and immediately changes its behavior accordingly (no two snow crystals are alike probably because no two water drops have exactly the same "etheric" charge).

A thorough replication of Prof. Ehrenhaft's experiments should be rewarding.
