Free Energy will change the World - Free Energy will stop Climate Change - Free Energy will give us hope
and we will not surrender until free energy will be enabled all over the world, to power planes, cars, ships and trains.
Free energy will help the poor to become independent of needing expensive fuels.
So all in all Free energy will bring far more peace to the world than any other invention has already brought to the world.

Yes, but the problem is that they counter each other and they're even exclusive. In a lot of situations, it all depends on some interpretation of experimental data. That interpretation can be done so it will comply with many different theories.

Take for example Heisenberg Matrices and Schrodinger equation...
They mean the same thing but the mathematics is different.

here there is a theory of TPU, Testatika, MEG, etc. EM overunity based on mainstream physics:

I stumbled onto this patent that (sort of) combines a Testatika---better yet---a Wimshurst machine, with a radio receiver:

I know 'F' in the patent drawing rotates with "condensers" on the ends of the spokes, but whether of not the prototype---if there was one---worked, is unknown by now.

I give you the reference number and Google address to look at even on the patent 'web sites if you like.  You might find it interesting or useful.

I'm merely a theoretical electronics engineer/technician for now, since I have no extra money for experimentation, but I was a professional electronics/computer technician in the past.
As a result, I have a lot of ideas, but no hard test results to back them up---for now.  That could change if I get a job locally in the Bay Area of California.

    The ability of different forms of matter to absorb electromagnetic waves and incorporate them into their intrinsic at rest potential energy content is Universally demonstrated.  On the surface of the Earth the most common demonstration of this is the absorption of infrared wavelengths by water molecules.  Lots of infrared around lots of water molecules lots of heat.  How do we convert the photon energy gained by a watermolecule into electrical potential?

@the_big_m_in_ok :

thank you I'm going to read the patent.

@sparks :

I explained a possible method here :
http://xoomer.virgilio.it/fischerconsulting/TEI.txt
in this site :
http://xoomer.virgilio.it/fischerconsulting/edgeresearch.htm
the idea is that ions can be "seen" from the external plasma surface as RF photons, and they are slowed down from counter EMF using an external antenna load.
I'm building test prototypes, I'll need more time.

You are looking at the diagram but not reading the text of this patent
correctly. The static shield has nothing to do with static electricity,
but is used to shield voltage coupling. So this has nothing to do
with wimshurst generators. The Testatika uses an RF *transmitter*
type mechanism to step down static voltage power, called an RF
oscillator with air core transformers rather then iron core.

In the patent the capacitors are operated manually as a noise reduction mechanism
to detune *one* of two identical antennas. I don't know the exact radio
effect he is referring to...Maybe the broadband characteristic of natural radio
noise versus the narrowband effect of manmade radio signals. Then
he puts them into an subtraction mechanism before receiving them.
