Solid State Electric Generator

Since a vew days  was trying to proof the Patent US2006/0163971 A1 .
But i did not succseed .
On the secondary coil i could not mesure any voltage.
The Setup is relatively simle to build.
So i dont know,what was the foult.
Perhaps one of you had made some own experience
with this Kind of Generator.
I would be happy to get a feedback on this.

Maybe your device doesn't work because a device of this type cannot be made to perform what the inventor claims.

I am shure  there is something.
If i was conecting the primary circuit ,i made some mistake.But because of this, there was a stange situation
when i moved a stack ceramic magnets from the one side of the desk to the other side,i moved it  across the primery
transformer and the capacitor.I feld the stack Magnets, and they where strong vibrating.It was to my surprise and i repetet it a while.There was no sine of induced current,just the strong vibration.The Capacitor was a unipolar starter cap for
3 phase motors.Just to try a test and see,how the cap was charged up.
Tomorrow i will try to repead this situation.Perhaps it is of use.

Maybe  resonance is the key?
