If you think some random aliens from outer space couldn't defeat man at a primitive time isn't possible then you'd better think twice, they could wiped mankind like they were a piece of tissue paper on your Ar's.

any species capable of coming to earth from a far could annihilate this planet which is only a .07 class technological world.

if the aliens have been hanging around they are not here to destroy us or you wouldn't exist.

I highly think they are not aliens but time travelers from our future, they may look different but they are the same output from our decedents.
