PWM plans/schematics?

Hey all!

Been doing some research and yet Google and the interwebs have failed me.

I cannot seem to find a readily available Pulse Width Modulator for my HHO project. I wish to construct one, but the only plans I have run across are here: http://www.cpemma.co.uk/pwm.html

A few questions:

1) Is this a good base to construct and do testing with? My problem lies in the fact that this doesn't seem to be able to handle high current, the MOSFET transistor is only rated at 14 amps. Would running two in series/parallel or using a different MOSFET with a higher amperage rating work better for this project?

2) The maker of the Power Tube on Youtube/Ebay has a small amp meter in his design - but I can't see where it's hooked up. Would it go directly into the power out lines to to HHO generator?

3) I also notice his design has a solid state relay. Now, the obvious reason for it is to make sure the HHO doesn't run when the car is off, but assuming that the circuit in question won't take a 10+ amp load, would running the pulse to a solid state relay also cause the pulse in whatever the relay was hooked up to, such as the generator?

Thanks for answering my questions! I have a tiny little 1.6L 1988 Pontiac Lemans and can't wait to build this.

I even have a blueprint for the PCB board, assuming that the above circuit works at that current.

Barring any of this, can anyone please point me to some schematics that show how to build a PWM that would work in the car and be able to handle the AMP load?

Here is the link I am trying for a bunch of my HHO project electronics.  Chemelec is on vacation right now so you won't be able to contact him for a week or two more, but he can also supply the PCB for a small charge.  I have tried a few of his circuits and so far so good.  I am waiting for him to get back from vacation so he can make me his version of the D17 EFIE.  Anyways keep us up to date on your project.  What kind of cell you building?  I am going with a 7cell series setup and going to probably run 2 in parrallel in order to make heat as small of an issue as possible.

I have a few designs I want to experiment with, but from reading I think the best thing off the bat is to make sure I have a working PWM to get the maximum out of each setup.

I started from the Hydrostar plans and read about how innefective they are, and I'm thinking of several different ideas to see how much HHO I can produce.

The one that really inspired me was the Powertube but it only puts out about 1/3rd l/m at peak efficiency. There was also plans online for another one from an australian company that claimed to make 1L/min on less than 200 watts but the schematics went offline.

I want to try some coil, plate, and there's also a few other ideas I have. I have a tiny 1.6 liter engine, so anything should be a big help to it.
