Anybody know more about Don Smith's OU devices?

Does anybody know more about the inventor Don Smith and
his OU devices?

I have these urls to start with:

That last one is the most interesting.
Check out the devices numbered 2 and 9 for example;
he seems to be claiming that he can transmit an em signal
using one cylindrical/solenoidal element, and then
collect that same signal full strength in each of the
receiver elements around it in device 2,
and device 9 seems to do something similar
but there is apparently a moving flux shield that
causes the flux density rise and fall in the coils
to be much greater than it would normally be,
which apparently gives a lot more output...
Or at least, that's all I can make of it, as there are no clear
or proper descriptions.

Does anyone know more about these devices,
has anyone studied them or variations of them?

Oh, I forgot to mention device number 4 on that one site

as you can see, that is a simple "plasma sphere"
with a coil on top of it, but just read that comment:

It just seems incredible... If it's that simple, then why hasn't anyone else figured this out?
There must be lots of people who have at some point put a coil on or around their
"plasma ball"... or at least, I would expect lots of people to have already done so...
But then again, I would also expect the governments of the world to get together and
organise an international development foundation to build working nuclear fusion
power plants so we can all forget about oil and its pollution and silly price increases,
and get back to trying to make this world better, instead of fighting over oil.
And that doesn't happen either...

Well I have sent him an email asking that same question, but I haven't received a reply yet...

But I was actually wondering if someone could test one of those setups...
The plasma ball one looks very simple, just a thick copper wire coil on top
of the glass ball...
